With over two decades of legal experience spanning the Philippines and Australia, Mark Averilla brings a rare blend of international insight and local expertise. As a founding partner of sedaLAW and a former associate of ACCRALAW in Manila and a compliance leader in Australian financial services, Mark understands the legal intricacies of both worlds. His credentials include:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of the Philippines Diliman

  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Southern Queensland

  • Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (GradDipLP) from the College of Law Australia

  • Extensive experience in corporate governance, dispute resolution, aged care, and not-for-profit sectors

  • Native fluency in Filipino and full professional proficiency in English
